Who we are
Tactic Bridge Management Consulting Co. L.L.C ("Tactic Bridge", "we") is a management consultancy registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism License No. 1426815. For any matter relating to this policy, write to kp@tacticbridge.com.
This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit tacticbridge.com or correspond with us, and what we do with it. It is intentionally short: this site collects very little.
What we collect when you visit the site
This site has no contact forms, no user accounts, no analytics tools and sets no cookies of its own. Two things still happen in the background:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data for each request, including your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are retained for a limited period by the provider.
- Web fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google. Google's handling of that data is described in its privacy policy.
We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not combine it with any other information.
What we collect when you contact us
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, organisation and a description of your situation. We use this to respond to you and, if a discussion progresses, to assess and carry out a potential engagement. We treat all such correspondence as confidential.
Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract with you.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as our relationship with you lasts and thereafter for as long as we are required to by law or need to for the establishment or defence of legal claims. If you write to us and nothing further comes of it, we do not retain your details for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We may share it with professional advisers bound by confidentiality (for example, legal or accounting advisers), with service providers that host our email and website, and where the law requires. Our providers may store data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email kp@tacticbridge.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by applicable law.
This policy is drafted with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) in mind. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to our handling of your data, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above.
